Dry flue gas cleaning

SaveEnergy SIMPLE is a straightforward, affordable and low-maintenance solution that enables compliance with government emission standards for wood-fired heating plants, but with no increase in thermal efficiency. The flue gas is passed through the SaveEnergy dry electrostatic precipitator, where the particulate matter is separated from the flue gas by means of an electrostatic field. The particulate matter is collected in a container or Big Bag and then disposed of.

• Flue gas volumes of up to 150,000 [Am³/hwet]
  (in excess of which a parallel circuit is used)

• Flue gas cleaning:
  -Raw gas content: < 5,000 mg/nm³
  -Clean gas content: < 10-20 mg/nm³
