Heat recovery

SaveEnergy EFFICIENT provides an optimum increase in thermal efficiency coupled with moderate flue gas cleaning. SaveEnergy EFFICIENT is also suitable for retro-fitting to existing wood-fired heating plants. 

The cornerstone of the SaveEnergy SMART system is the SaveEnergy flue gas condenser. The SaveEnergy flue gas condenser recovers the remaining heat from the flue gas. In addition to heat recovery, the flue gas is simultaneously cleaned. The condensate from the flue gas condenser is processed in the SaveEnergy water treatment system for re-use in the process and for disposal as waste water. The solid matter is dried cleanly and without dust emissions in single-use Big Bags for subsequent disposal.SaveEnergy EFFICIENT provides an optimum increase in thermal efficiency coupled with moderate flue gas cleaning.
